鉴于中国港湾萨摩亚阿皮亚港升级项目需要柴油采购，现邀请Petrolem Products Supplies Limited单位进行报价。

In view of the need for diesel fuel procurement for China Harbor's Apia Port Upgrade Project in Samoa, we are inviting quotations from Petrolem Products Supplies Limited.

1、交货地点：萨摩亚阿皮亚升级工程项目施工现场指定位置；

1、 Place of delivery: designated location at the construction site of the Apia Upgrading Project in Samoa;

2、分批次供货，招标单位下单后当天内备货完毕；

2、2. Delivered in batches, stocked within the same day after the bidding unit places the order;

3、下单当月实际结算单价= Pn *（1-下浮率）

3、Actual unit price for the month in which the order was placed = Pn (1 - downward fluctuation rate)

Pn表示官网柴油信息价。Pn denotes the official website diesel information price.
