****，成立于2014年8月，注册资本3000万元，主要经营开发国家4A级景区牟氏庄园，庄园周边的**古镇（区片），以及奇石根艺馆等。

Qixia City Mou"s Manor Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was established in August 2014 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the development of the national 4A-level scenic spot Mou"s Manor, the ancient town (district) of Qixia surrounding the manor, and the Qishigen Art Museum Wait.

（二）项目内容Project content

1、********园区片做更新规划。

Qixia City Mou"s Manor Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to renew the area of Mou"s Manor.

2、拟建设改造并整体运营牟氏庄园古镇客栈项目，该项目分为三个单项：It is planned to construct, renovate and operate the Mou"s Manor Ancient Town Inn project as a whole. The project is divided into three individual projects:

（1）古镇饭庄Ancient Town Restaurant

项目位于区片内4A级**牟氏庄园东侧，系改造装修提升项目，拟对已建成规模（建筑面积）约7700平米的建筑进行改造及装饰施工，含周边景观绿化。

（2）古镇客栈Guzhen Inn

项目位于区片内4A级**牟氏庄园东侧，系改造装修提升项目，拟对已建成规模（建筑面积）约9800平米的客栈主体建筑进行改造及装饰施工，含周边景观绿化，不含东侧沿街商业的改造。

位于古镇客栈南侧，南北两排，南排沿河，系改造装修提升项目，拟对已建成规模（建筑面积）约2800平米的两排建筑进行改造及装饰施工，含周边景观绿化。

本项目总投资8200万元，含工程费用、工程建设其它费用及预备费，其中工程费用含室外配套及景观7300万元，约3600元/平米。

二、竞赛设计内容Competition design content

****园区片更新规划概念设计（含景观）方案，以及牟氏庄园古镇客栈项目（古镇饭庄+古镇客栈+沿河建筑）更新改造装修方案。

三、设计要求Design requirements

（一）项目设计理念Project design concept

考虑片区内已建（未运营）项目，突出“古镇文旅”的项目核心，按区片整体运营（含4A级**牟氏庄园）的理念对整个区片功能重新定位，并按新定位功能对区片重新规划。

五、竞赛规则competition rules

本项目采用“公开征集”的方式，分为方案设计征集及评审阶段、竞赛结果评定阶段。

1、方案设计征集及评审阶段：参与竞赛团队提交完整的设计方案，主办单位/策划单位****委员会，评选出3个无排序的候选优胜方案；Scheme design solicitation and review stage: the participating team submits a complete design scheme, and the organizer/planning unit establishes a scheme review committee in accordance with the law, and selects 3 unranked candidate winning schemes;

六、报名要求registration requirements

1、中国境内申请人必须具有在有效期内的营业执照或相关部门颁发的法人主体证照。境外申请人必须为在所在地合法注册的独立企业法人或其他组织。单位负责人为同一个人的两个及两个以上法人，母公司、****公司及存在控股、****公司，不得分开报名参赛，具有关联、控制、****公司可以共同组成联合体形式报名参赛。Applicants in China must have a business license within the validity period or a legal person license issued by the relevant department. 2、补偿费：第二名：20万元；第三名：15万元；最终设计成果待补偿后归主办单位所有（若第二、第三名竞赛团队的方案经专家评审未达到相应设计深度，设计质量无法满足项目需要，不给予设计补偿）。Compensation fee: second place: 200,000 yuan; third place: 150,000 yuan; the final design results shall be owned by the organizer after compensation (if the plans of the second and third place competition teams have not reached the corresponding design after expert review Depth, the design quality cannot meet the needs of the project, no design compensation will be given).
