There are three workshops in the company, tooling workshop, casting workshop, machining workshop and one full-equipped inspection laboratory.
公司主要生产铸造模具、压铸模具以及汽车零部件产品。模具有汽车发动机机体、缸盖及各种零部件；铁路车辆摇枕、侧架、车钩、钩舌等类型。适用于各种类型的冷、****中心、造型机、自动造型线、气冲线、壳芯机、叠砂芯、重力浇铸机、压铸机等设备。汽车零部件是以有色铸件为主，产品类别包括：压缩机机体及其附件、新能源汽车电机壳体及其附件、发动机缸盖及其附件。
QUANLI mainly produce the casting mould, die-casting and Auto parts. The tooling which are including the Engine block, cylinder head and its parts. The bolster, side frame, knuckle, Hook tongue for the Railway vehicle. They are widely used on all kinds of the cold, hot core making center, molding machines and lines, air compacting molding lines, shell core machines, die molding machines, gravity casting machines, high or low pressure die casting machines, etc..The Auto parts are mainly the Non-ferrous casting including the compressor housing and its accessories, new energy vehicles motor cover and its accessories ,the engine cylinder head and its accessories.
公司具有强大的设计研发能力，****设计部、技术部，有专业技术人员46人，其中工程师36人，是一支综合素质高、能适应市场变化的优秀工程技术队伍，运用CAD、CAE、CAM技术，为制造一流的铸造模具和有色铸件提供技术保障。对铸造过程模拟用Magma软件。
Company has strong design research and development ability, it has mould design department and product technology department, The number of professional and technical has reached 48, 36 of them are engineers, this team has the high comprehensive quality and could be adaptable to the market change. using CAD, CAE, CAM to provide technical support for making the first-class casting mould and non-ferrous castings. Magma software is also used to simulate the casting process.
模具车间现有主要加工设备37台。****中心24台，****中心（4000X2800）1台；****中心（2000X1500）2台；****中心（2000X1500）2台；****中心（3000X2000）1台；****加工中心5台，高精度镗床1台；大型高精度三坐标测量机（2000X1500）1台。
There are 37 sets main equipments in the tooling workshop.There are: 24 sets machining center. 1set -large gantry machining centers . 2sets of Gantry machining centers. 2 sets- Japanese high speed machining center. Japan four axis rotation high-speed machining center（3000X2000）1set；Japan Taiwan joint venture high speed processing center 5 sets，high-precision boring machine 1 set；Large scale high precision coordinate measuring machine (2000X1500) 1 set.
铸造车间现有主要设备65台套。主要的是：熔铝炉STM-1000 1台，**明志冷芯单元1个（含砂发送1套，混砂机1台，MLA+40冷芯机1台）、热芯单元1个（含砂发送1套，混砂机1台，8625热芯机2台，9406WJA热芯机2台），壳芯机2台，热制芯机3台，FATA浇注单元1套（内含ABB浇注机械手1台），水平浇铸机7台，倾转浇注机12 台，NZJ1560Q可倾式重力铸造机2台,电热坩埚炉12台，铝合金立式淬火炉4套，大型抛丸机6台，锯床12台，超声波清理机1台。
The casting workshop has 65sets of main equipments. There are: melting aluminium furnace STM–1000 and SUZHOU Mingzhi MLA+40 cold core box unit each one(1 set of sand transmission, sand mixing machine, MLA + 40 cold core machine) hot core unit 1 set (1 set of sand and sand mixing machine, 2 sets of 8625 hot core machine and 9406WJA hot core machine ), shell core machines 2sets, hot core making machine 3 units, the FATA casting unit 1 set (including ABB pouring manipulator 1set), horizontal casting machine 7sets,rotated casting machines 12sets, NZJ1560Q tilting gravity casting machines 2sets, electric crucible furnace 12sets, aluminum alloy vertical quenching furnace 4sets,big shot blasting machines 6sets,Sawing machine 12 sets, ultrasonic cleaning machine 1set.
公司试验室主要设备有：德国进口光谱仪1套，**机械性能测试设备1台，硬度仪器1台，密度指数测定仪1台。德国蔡司金相显微镜1套。芯砂性能测试设备1套（含有12台）。德国进口Reference-10.7.6/B4S三坐标测量机1台。专业检测人员3名。为开发和大规模专业化生产及产品质量控制提供了保障。
Laboratory equipment is: 1 set of spectrometer imported from Germany, 1 set of mechanical performance test equipment from Jinan, 1 set of hardness instrument and density index tester.1set of Zeiss metallographic microscope.1 set of core sand performance test equipment (including12sets).Reference-10.7.6 /B4S coordinate measuring machine imported Germany. professional testing personnel 3. All of these to provide the safeguard for the development and the large-scale specialized production and the product quality control.
