采购范围：叉车、洒水车、汽车吊供应及运输至项目现场，及配套服务等,具体要求如下。Scope: supply and delivery of forklifts, sprinklers, and mobile cranes, and related service.

设备为全新，生产日期不得早于2024年1月1日；The equipment should be new, production date must not be earlier than Jan 1st, 2024

设备文件齐全，包括但不限于合格证、原产地证、TUV认证、GCC认证、及全套的进出口文件，可以充分证明设备合格，且完全符合沙特及中国进出口及使用要求；The equipment documents are complete, including but not limited to the Certificate of Conformity, Certificate of origin, TUV certification, GCC Certification, and a full set of import and export documents, which can fully prove that the equipment is qualified and fully complies with Saudi Arabia and China's import, export and use requirements;

交货地点：分两个区域，沙特利雅得塞德拉项目现场及利雅得东北部WAREFA地区指定位置；Delivery location: including two areas, the Sedra area and the Warefa area in Riyadh;

其他服务：交机培训、售后服务、协助办理相关证件。Other services: training, after-sales service, and assistance in obtaining relevant certificates and licenses.
