Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project purchases general cleaning services for the Huagao Gaoxing section of town level roads, Donggou Oasis section, and district level roads outside the red line in Gaoxing Town. Please refer to the procurement requirements in the bidding documents for details

3.1 This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. 3.2 Suppliers that have been registered and stored in accordance with the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Service Registration and Integrity Management Measures, as stipulated in Articles 7 and 8 of the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Service Management Measures. 3.3 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.****. gov.cn), the list of major tax illegal dishonest entities, and the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records
