简要规则描述：****发改委(沪浦发改城(2024)520号)和(沪浦发改城(2024)518号)文件精神，拟对**区航头大麦湾工业区A3A-A3-2地块、A3A-A4-9地块、A3A-A4-10地块、A3A-A4-11地块、A3A-A4-12地块、A5-2地块、A5-7地块，航头镇三单元C-B4-07地块、C-B2-08地块，**区航头镇大中厂02-02地块10个地块进行土地储备。地块占地面积合计18.76公顷，总投资134,227万元。为推进上述10个地块的土地储备工作，航头镇拟委托第三方单位实施项目代建，推进前期工作。（具体详见项目需求）
Brief Specification Description: According to the spirit of the documents issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Pudong New Area (Shanghai Pudong Development and Reform Commission City (No. 520) and (No. 518) 2024), it is proposed to carry out land reserve for 10 plots in the Hangtou Damaowan Industrial Zone, including A3A-A3-2, A3A-A4-9, A3A-A4-10, A3A-A4-11, A3A-A4-12, A5-2, A5-7, C-B4-07 in Hangtou Town's Third Unit, and C-B2-08. The total land area of the 10 plots is 18.76 hectares, with a total investment of 1,342,270,000 yuan. In order to promote the land reserve work for the 10 plots, Hangtou Town plans to entrust a third-party unit to implement project construction, and advance the preliminary work.
