简要规则描述：定期对设施翻新维护，设备调试，配件更新，外观清洁，日常巡检，及时进行故障排除，保障对采购人的防冲撞设施及控制管理平台软件在出现故障时能在最短的时间内得到及时维修（包括软件升级、更换设备配件），确保防冲撞装置正常安全稳定运行。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: Regularly renovate and maintain facilities, debug equipment, update accessories, clean appearance, conduct daily inspections, and timely troubleshooting, so as to ensure that the purchaser's anti-collision facilities and control management platform software can be repaired in the shortest possible time (including software upgrades, replacement of equipment accessories), and ensure the normal, safe and stable operation of anti-collision devices. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起12个月。
