简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为完善曹路镇区域城市综合治理工作，加强街面市容环境和城市秩序的监管，保持整洁、有序、良好状态，拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家专业的第三方单位提供**镇及金海华城大居北特保服务。本项目主要内容为**镇及大居北范围内城市综合管理问题的发现、上报、处置、****执法队伍开展联合处置等工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to improve the comprehensive urban governance of Caolu Town, strengthen the supervision of street appearance and urban order, maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and good condition, it is proposed to select a professional third-party unit through public procurement to provide special protection services for Xinshi Town and Jinhaihua City North Residence. The main content of this project is to discover, , handle, verify and cooperate with relevant law enforcement teams to carry out joint disposal of urban comprehensive management issues in the new town and the northern area of Daju. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
