简要规则描述：为完善曹路镇区域城市综合治理工作，加强街面市容环境和城市秩序的监管，保持整洁、有序、良好状态，拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家专业的第三方单位提供金海华城大居南特保服务。本项目主要内容为金海华城大居南范围内城市综合管理问题的发现、上报、处置、****执法队伍开展联合处置等工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: In order to improve the comprehensive urban governance of Caolu Town, strengthen the supervision of street appearance and urban order, maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and good condition, it is proposed to select a professional third-party unit through public procurement to provide Nanjing Nanbao services for Jinhaihua City Mansion. The main content of this project is to discover, , handle, verify and cooperate with relevant law enforcement teams to carry out joint disposal of urban comprehensive management issues within the southern area of Jinhaihua City Mansion. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
