简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为保障曹路镇村庄内污水管道的正常运行，本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选取一家专业的供应商，对曹路镇村庄进行污水窖井、污水管道、泵站、智能分流井、水封井、化粪池等设施的日常养护和维修保养工作。服务区域：农村片区1-3期、部分5期（3个村（**、黎明、众三））、7期10个村的污水养护（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to ensure the normal operation of the sewage pipeline in the village of Caolu Town, the project intends to select a professional supplier through public bidding to carry out the daily maintenance and repair of sewage cellar wells, sewage pipelines, pumping stations, intelligent diversion wells, water seal wells, septic tanks and other facilities in the villages of Caolu Town. Service area: Sewage treatment in 1-3 phases of rural areas, 5 phases (3 villages (Gonghe, Liming, Zhongsan)), 7 phases and 10 villages (see Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：本项目招标服务期限为1年，日期为2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止。本项目采取招一续二的形式，对工作质量考核达标的中标人可以续标，服务期限合计不超过三年，即养护合同一年一签，最长不超过三年，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: The bidding service period of this project is 1 year, and the date is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The project takes the form of recruiting one and continuing two, and the winning bidder who meets the quality assessment standards can renew the bid, and the total service period is not more than three years, that is, the maintenance contract is signed once a year, and the longest is not more than three years, which is subject to the date of signing the contract.
