(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、具有建筑工程施工总承包资质三级及以上资质，且具备有效的安全生产许可证；
2、供应商拟派项目经理须具有建筑工程专业贰级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，该项目负责人以在**市建筑建材业网站上查询为准。
3、符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸****政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
4、本项目仅面向小微企业采购。
5、本项目不接受组成联合体。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possesses a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above, and has a valid safety production license; 2. The manager proposed by the supplier must have a registered construction engineer qualification of level two or above in architectural engineering, and have a valid safety production assessment certificate. The project must be verifiable on the Shanghai Construction and Building Materials Industry website. 3. Suppliers who comply with Article 17 of the "Guiding Opinions Connecting with International High Standards for Economic and Trade Rules and Promoting Reform of Government Procurement in Pilot Areas" (No. 12, 204, Shanghai Finance and Procurement) are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project. 4. This project is exclusively for small and micro. 5. This project does not accept joint bids.
