Brief Specification Description: The environment in front and behind the houses within the scope of this project is clean, with neat planting, low walls, and orderly fence division. The severely damaged bamboo fence that hinders the rural environment will be removed and replaced with a brick low wall. (Please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings for details)

（2）供应商具备有效的营业执照及有效的安全生产许可证；
（3）供应商具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（4）项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格；
（5）报名截止之日前三年内，在政府采购活动中无不良行为记录；
（6）公司资产状况良好，具有履行合同所必需的设备；依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金，具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering; (5) Within the three years prior to the registration deadline, there is no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities; (6) The company's assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
