合同履约期限：一年。合同服务期限暂定起讫日期为2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: One year. The contract service period is tentatively set from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and the specific period shall be based on the date of contract signing.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not exclusively for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises, but products from small and micro will receive a 10% price discount during the evaluation. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.3须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织****公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
3.4本项目不允许转包。
3.4 符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸****政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.3 Must be a legal person or non-legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of our country (this does not accept branches to participate in the procurement activities under their own names); 3.4 Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. 3. Bidders who comply with Article 17 of the "Guiding Opinions on Connecting with High-Standard International Economic and Trade Rules and Promoting the Reform Government Procurement in Pilot Areas" (Hu Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) shall not participate in the procurement activities of project.
