（3）拟派项目负责人须具有园林专业中级（含以上级）职称；
（4）未被“信用中国”（www.****.cn****政府采购网（www.****.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（5）本项目不接受联合体形式。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Construction enterprises engaged in landscaping projects should hold valid business licenses; (2) The construction site project management organization plans to dispatch personnel to meet the construction equipment requirements of Shanghai's landscaping and greening construction projects; (3) The proposed project leader must hold an intermediate (or higher) professional title in the field of landscaping; (4) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.****. gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.****. gov.cn); (5) This project does not accept consortium forms.
