简要规则描述：大河村、牛肚村2****基地共有腌制池208个，最大腌制容量约为10000吨/年，****基地生产环境，****基地日常产生的污水进行处置及清运，以实现为民办实事，减轻农民负担，实现农业增效、农民增收的宗旨，对****中心污水进行处置及清运，处置量约3500吨。
Brief Specification Description: There are 208 pickling ponds in the two bases of Dahe Village and Niudou Village, with a maximum pickling capacity of about 10,000 tons/year. In order to improve the production environment of the base, professional units are required to dispose and clear the daily sewage generated by the base, so as to achieve practical benefits for the people, reduce the burden on farmers, and realize the purpose of increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers' income. The sewage of two snow cabbage collection, storage and preservation centers was disposed and transported, and the disposal volume was about 3,500 tons.
