简要规则描述：（1）构建具有临港特色的智能网联汽车监管监测服务体系，开展新片区智能网联汽车监管监测服务，全量接入，全方位监管，确保区域内智能网联汽车测试活动的安全与合规，具备较强的应急响应能力，对突发事件进行快速处置；对智能网联汽车数据进行多维度分析，保证数据安全，防止数据泄露，定期形成相关分析报告及建议方案，为管理部门提供决策依据。（2）提供智能网联汽车技术咨询服务，支撑技术创**制度创新，解读智能网联汽车相关政策、法规、标准，协助制定智能网联汽车发展规划和相关区级标准；组织专家团队专题调研自动****公司、整车厂、零部件厂商等企业，形成自动驾驶行业技术发展报告。（3）拓展新片区自动驾驶产业链上下游联动方式，定期邀请行业专家、企业创始人、高校学者等组织技术沙龙、研讨会、数据技术创新大赛等各类活动，支撑国内外企业集聚临港开展相关创新活动，打造智能网联产业协同创新生态。
Brief Specification Description: (1) Build an intelligent connected vehicle supervision and monitoring service system with Lingang characteristics, carry out intelligent connected vehicle supervision and monitoring services in the new area, provide full access and all-round supervision, ensure the safety and compliance of intelligent connected vehicle testing activities in the region, have strong emergency response capabilities, and quickly handle emergencies; Multi dimensional analysis of intelligent connected vehicle data to ensure data security, prevent data leakage, regularly generate relevant analysis reports and recommended solutions, and provide decision-making basis for management departments. (2) Provide technical consulting services for intelligent connected vehicles, support technological and institutional innovation, interpret policies, regulations, and standards related to intelligent connected vehicles, assist in formulating development plans for intelligent connected vehicles and relevant district level
