（4）具有水利水电工程施工总承包三级及以上资质或环保工程专业承包三级及以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有相关专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; (4) Have the qualification of general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction level 3 or above or the qualification of professional contracting of environmental protection engineering level 3 or above; (5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of the second level or above in the relevant profession, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: none.
