The tenderer of the Pakistan Deep Water Container Port Project Quay Wall Construction Works is CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED. The fund of the bidding project comes from the project measurement fund, and the investment proportion is 100%. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the procurement of transportation services for the transportation of abandoned soil is open to bidding.

深水港码头项目位于巴基斯坦卡拉奇港Keamari防波堤东侧，为**深水集装箱码头。码头共4个泊位及一个接岸延伸段，每个泊位长375m，延伸段长161.65m，全长1661.65m。码头采用连续锚碇板桩结构形式，前排板桩墙为Ф2.5m带锁扣钢护筒的连续钢筋砼钻孔灌注桩。

The deep-water port terminal project is located on the east side of the Keamari breakwater in Karachi Port, Pakistan, and is a new deep-water container terminal. The dock has a total of 4 berths and a connecting extension. Each berth is 375m long, the extended section is 161.65m long, and the total length is 1661.****. The dock adopts the form of continuous anchor plate pile structure, and the front row of plate pile wall is a continuous rebar drilling and injection pile with 2.5m locking steel cylinder.

主要工作内容包括： 649根Φ2.5m胸墙钻孔桩、577根Φ1.2m后轨梁钻孔桩、622根Φ1.6m锚碇钻孔桩施工，以及胸墙、轨道梁、锚梁现浇，锚杆安装，码头后方回填及附属设施安装等。

The main work contents include: 649 Φ2.5m chest wall drilling piles, 577 Φ1.2m rear rail beam drilling piles, 622 Φ1.6m anchor drilling piles construction, as well as chest walls, track beams, anchor beams in-place, anchor rod installation, dock rear backfilling and ancillary facilities installation, etc.

主要工程量为：回填砂石料120万方，混凝土20万方，钢板2.5万吨，钢拉杆0.55万吨及附属结构。

The main project volume is: 1.2 million cubic metres of backfilling sand and stone, 200,000 cubic metres of concrete, 25,000 tons of steel plate, 55,000 tons of steel tie rods and ancillary structures.

本次拟计划对堆场处不满足回填要求的9.8万m3弃土进行弃运运输服务招标，由项目现场堆场弃运至业主指定弃土场，需于15个工作日内全部完成。

This time, it is planned to bid for abandoned transportation services for 98,000 m3 of abandoned soil that does not meet the backfill requirements in the storage yard. The project site storage yard shall be transported to the abandoned soil site designated by the owner, which shall be completed within 15 working days.

投标人需具备随时能够调动本次招标所需的工程器械的能力（例：挖掘机、装载机、自卸车）。

The bidder shall have the ability to mobilize the engineering equipment required by this tender at any time (example: excavator, loader, dump truck).

4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于 2024 年 12 月 8 日 13.30 时至 2024 年 12 月 9 日 13.30 时(**时间，下同)，****集团供应链管理信息系统http://ec.****.cn完成投标报名并下载电子招标文件。

4.2 招标文件每套售价0元，售后不退。

4.2 The price of bidding documents is 0 yuan per set, which is not refundable after sale.

4.3.1 已在网并且已通过招标人层级供应商或已增加招标人为**单位的供应商、上级供应商可直接报名参与。

4.3.1 Suppliers and superior suppliers who have been on the network and have passed the tenderer level supplier or have added the tenderer as the cooperative unit can directly register to participate.

4.3.2 在网平级单位供应商未增加招标人为**单位需进行**意向申请通过后报名参与。

4.3.3 未注册供应链系统的单位需进行注册，推荐单位或**意向单位选择招标人，审核通过后方可报名参与。

5.1 投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2024 年 12 月 11 日 13 时 30 分，投标人应在截****集团供应链管理信息系统递交电子投标文件。

5.1 The deadline for submission of bid documents (the deadline for submission of bid documents, the same below) is 13:30 on December 11,2024. Bidders shall submit the electronic bid documents through the Supply Chain Management Information System of CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION before the deadline.

5.2 逾期送达的投标文件，中交集团供应链管理信息系统将予以拒收。

5.2 Late delivered bid documents will be rejected by CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION Supply Chain Management Information System.

5.3 电子采购的供应商报价文件由电子报价表及附件共同组成。当电子报价表与附件内容冲突时，应以电子报价表的数据为准。

5.3 The supplier quotation documents of e-procurement are composed of the electronic quotation sheet and the attachments. In case of conflict between the electronic quotation sheet and the annex, the data of the electronic quotation form shall prevail.
