The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference).
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.

（2）资质要求及证明文件 Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate
特种设备证书 ：《中华人民**国特种设备生产许可证》压力容器制造D级及以上），且证书在有效期内。投标时需提供证书原件扫描件（原件备查）。
Special Equipment License: “special equipment production license of the people's Republic of China” -Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Grade D and above Qualification Certificate, and the certificate shall be within the validity period. The scanned copy of the original certificate shall be provided during bidding.
（3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
2014年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品的制造商在中国境内至少具有2个合同的EO/EG装置氧气混合喷嘴供货业绩，且须满足DN≥1600mm的**圆喷雾式的技术要求。如果投****集团****公司，应提供该制造商的业绩。
From January 1, 2014 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the Bidder shall have at least 2 contracts for supply performance of oxygen mixing nozzle for EO/EG plant in China and must meet the technical requirement of concentric spray with DN≥1600mm.If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the performance of that manufacturer shall be provided.
投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签字页、制造商名称、装置名称、货物名称（氧气混合喷嘴）、DN≥1600mm的**圆喷雾式的技术要求及到货验收材料。
未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署时间、合同签字页、制造商名称、装置名称、货物名称（氧气混合喷嘴）、DN≥1600mm的**圆喷雾式的技术要求，均视为无效业绩。
The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, page of contract signature, name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of Goods(oxygen mixing nozzle), technical requirement of concentric spray with DN≥1600mm and acceptance evidence of goods delivery.
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, page of contract signature, name of manufacturer, name of the Plant, name of goods (oxygen mixing nozzle) and technical requirement of concentric spray with DN≥1600mm, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
