简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为进一步推广无人机实时巡逻监控在城管执法系统的应用，对指定区域实施图像数据采集及督查巡检工作，提升监管工作水平。同时通过购买第三方服务，进一步提升交通执法领域的非现执法工作水**能力。本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家合格的供应商，提供综合执法辅助服务。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to further promote the application of UAV real-time patrol monitoring in the urban management law enforcement system, the implementation of image data collection and supervision and inspection work in the designated area to improve the level of supervision. At the same time, through the purchase of third-party services, the level and ability of non-existing law enforcement work in the field of traffic law enforcement will be further improved. The project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive law enforcement support services through public procurement. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
合同履约期限：本项目预算服务期限为1年，日期为2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止。（本次采购工作完成前由临时服务单位继续履行服务，如本次中标人非临时服务单位，在此期间所产生的服务费，待项目采购完成后由中标人按中标价折算支付给临时服务单位相应的服务费用。）本项目采取招一续二的形式，对工作质量考核达标的中标人可以续标，服务期限合计不超过三年，即合同一年一签，最长不超过三年，具体以合同签订日期为准。
