Suppliers in China: Business licence：The bidder shall have a valid and legal business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate or a business license that combines all certificates and licenses. When bidding, the bidder shall provide scanned copies of the original documents (for future reference).If the bidder is a public institution, they should have a legal and valid certificate of legal representative of the public institution, and provide a scanned copy of the original document (for future reference) when bidding.If the bidder is a branch, they shall provide a legally valid business license and authorization letter fr0m the higher-level legal entity (authorizing the branch to bid), recognizing the qualifications, qualifications, and performance of the branch and the higher-level legal entity, and not recognizing the qualifications, qualifications, and performance of other branches of the same higher-level legal entity. When bidding, scanned copies of the original documents shall be provided (the original documents shall be kept for reference). This tender does not accept agents, traders bid. The wholly-owned or majority-owned sales company of the manufacturer of the goods accepted this time, and the parent company of the manufacturer of the goods accepted to participate in the bidding, such companies shall be regarded as manufacturers, and the corresponding supporting documents shall be provided when bidding. Only one bidder fr0m the same manufacturer is allowed to participate in the bid, otherwise all relevant bids will be rejected.
